Dade City Motocross back in 2002. It didn't go too well I got 4th out of 6 in the 50cc class.
It was my first time riding a place other than my back yard.
What was the biggest difference when you started with TF Suspension?
I noticed a huge difference in my riding. Before I was more conservative riding and got beat up and now my confidence is through the roof with my suspension and I have improved. It's so awesome having good suspension you can tell a huge difference.
What got you into the sport? My dad rode and I wanted to be like him.
Favorite part of the sport?
Being with everyone at the races. It's like we're one big family.
Least favorite part of the sport?
Women don't have much recognition as the men do.
If you weren't racing on the weekends you would be?
Riding or working.
One goal you would love to accomplish on the track and off the track?
Be the best I can be and come out on top.
Favorite MX rider?
Trey Canard and Jason Anderson.
Your best race?
I led Women's A for the first time the whole season at snake river by like a mile and it was the best feeling ever until i came in too hot into a corner with wet roots and I took a soil sample in the mud last lap and threw it away but I caught up to everyone again and I finished second by about 15 seconds I think. I'm still so proud of myself.
I wish I could had trained more and really focused on improving myself .
Biggest win? Women's B championship in 2014.
I landed on my head from being in the air at a motocross track and was knocked out for I don't know how long and I had to be taken away in the ambulance
After a day of racing what is your preference? Loading up as quick as I can to go home and sleep
Favorite bike? KTM
Favorite gear? The only best --> Fly
What do you do before every race every time?
Hug my dad and tell him goodluck then remind myself that I do this for fun
because if you ain't having fun why are you doing this.
What is the one thing you freak out if you realize you forgot to bring to the race?
Advice for young riders?
Make your dreams turn into reality and work hard.
How do you stay focused during the race?
Talk to myself or I think about cats.
How do you stay fit mentally and physically?
Physically I mountain bike and work out in my gym in my garage
I'm slowly figuring myself out mentally. I've been working on not letting things get to me.
Pet peeve on the track? Other riders in a different class who try to race you and slower traffic not merging over .
Pet peeve off the track? People who ask me if I can back flip.
When you are in second how hard is it to stay focused on the win?
It's hard because you don't know how far ahead first is and your trying to stay focused on catching them.
If you get a bad start how do you keep your composure?
I tell myself it's a long race and I have plenty of time to play catch up.
Favorite thing you look forward to when you come back to the pits?
Plans for the future?

great person I am today
